We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, job title, and payment information when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data such as sandbox execution logs, API call metadata, IP addresses, browser type, and device information. We do not access or store the code you execute inside sandboxes unless you explicitly opt in to logging.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain our services; process transactions and billing; send service-related communications; improve our platform and develop new features; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and provide customer support.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating our platform (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, analytics); law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights; and affiliated companies in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Usage logs and audit trails are retained for 90 days by default, or longer for enterprise customers with custom retention policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, hardware-level isolation via Firecracker microVMs, role-based access controls, and continuous security monitoring. We undergo annual third-party security audits and penetration testing.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; port your data to another service; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
